The Victoria and Albert Museum in London is the museum for art and design. It spans nearly 5000 years of human history and has well over 1 million objects. The Victoria and Albert museum was also one of the first to be accessible on the internet. Which is, why it gives me great pleasure to talk to Kati Price who leads the digital media and publishing team at the V&A. The V&A catalogue is accessed not only by the occasional visitors, hobbyists but also by scientists and researchers. Keeping the digital estate up to date and compelling for users is a challenge and Kati Price takes us through how she and her team approach this in their work.
